1. What Owla Does

Owla is an educational and self-development tool that helps users practice English thinking and reframe beliefs using guided exercises.

Owla is NOT:

  • Psychological or medical therapy

  • A clinical tool or mental health service

  • A guarantee of specific results

2. Who Can Use the App (Age & Eligibility)

  • Owla is intended for users 16+ (or the age defined by your local law for digital consent).

  • You must provide accurate information.

3. Account Rules

  • You log in using your email.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login link or device secure.

  • You agree not to share or misuse your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for harmful or illegal activity

  • Interfere with the platform or its users

  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse Owla’s intellectual property

All content, branding, and features belong to Owla.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide Owla “as is.”

We are not liable for:

  • Any personal, emotional, or communication outcomes

Owla does not replace professional therapy, coaching, or language instruction.

2. Why We Collect This Data

  • Improving user experience — remembering whether you have completed certain steps, so we can show the appropriate flow.

Local storage is used only to optimize your experience and avoid repeating unnecessary steps.

  • Email address: stored while your account remains active.

  • Local storage data: stored in your browser until:

    • You clear your browser storage or cookies, or

    • You stop using the application.

  • Analytics data (if enabled): stored for a limited period (up to 24 months), in aggregated or anonymized form.

You may remove local storage data at any time through your browser settings.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
